And as you start cutting back on your intake of carbs and sugars, you should be aware of the fact that a lot of fruits are full of both; of course, fruits are good for you, but if you want to start shedding that belly fat, you will want to limit the fruits you are eating - and you will want to lean toward fruits such as berries and apples, and away from fruits such as bananas and melons. As you apply these principles to your daily eating habits, you will find that it starts to become easier and easier - especially as you start seeing that belly fat disappearing and that stomach starting to look flat again.
